This spring and summer have been filled with travel, ministry, and meaningful connections.

In May, we traveled to Ecuador for the UnsionTV board meeting and were a part of introducing a new team of pastors to the ministry who will be partnering with UnsionTV. They were inspired by the vision and impact of the television station and encouraged local pastors through a special gathering. One message on serving as a bi-vocational pastor deeply resonated, as many of the local Assemblies of God pastors serve in that same role.

One of the greatest joys was reconnecting with our UnsionTV family and the many Ecuadorians who have become dear friends. While walking to an appointment, we unexpectedly heard someone calling our names—it was Esperanza! What a blessing to catch up and see how God continues to work in her life.

God also opened an unexpected door during our flight from Quito to Cuenca. Becky struck up a conversation in Spanish with a young woman seated beside her. As they talked about faith, they laughed, shared heartfelt moments, and even shed a few tears. Just before landing, Becky discovered the young woman spoke fluent English—but the entire conversation had taken place in Spanish! Before parting, she asked for Becky's contact information and now receives a daily devotional to encourage her walk with the Lord.

Training New Missionaries:

After returning home, we quickly unpacked, repacked, and headed to Springfield, Missouri for Journey, AGWM's training program for new missionaries.

Becky had the privilege of mentoring six new missionaries as a table moderator, encouraging them and sharing practical insights from years of cross-cultural ministry.

Meanwhile, Thom recorded the entire two weeks of Journey and is in the process of editing and uploading so each missionary can revisit the training and continue learning long after the event.
